The townhouses are arranged around a series of private courtyards and terraces. The living rooms are double heights allowing generous natural light with a visual connection into the backyard, pool and entertainment areas.

The townhouses front elevations are designed with the coastal vernacular and articulated scale to blend into the suburban streetscape.
