Drayton Shopping Centre
Delivered in 2014, the shopping centre has proved to be a successful commercial and retail hub for the community. The site for the centre had an existing tavern that needed to be retained and considered into the site planning.
The brief was to develop a shopping centre with a supermarket and subsidiary retail/hospitality tenancies, with future potential for further development. Increasing customer capacity was also achieved with a basement car park.
