Drayton Shopping Centre: A thriving retail hub featuring a supermarket and diverse tenancies, seamlessly integrating an existing tavern and enhancing community access with a basement car park.
Delivered in 2014, the shopping centre has proved to be a successful commercial and retail hub for the community. The site for the centre had an existing tavern that needed to be retained and considered into the site planning.
The brief was to develop a shopping centre with a supermarket and subsidiary retail/hospitality tenancies, with future potential for further development. Increasing customer capacity was also achieved with a basement car park.
