As a boutique company, Dual's intent is to stand out from being portrayed as a corporate insurance company. When presented with an opportunity to relocate, it was pertinent that this was reflected in their new office. Simply the client wanted "something that is more us"; a relaxed, comfy and inviting, yet still sophisticated and edgy space. Creating an open plan, collaborative workplace that incorporates the use of greenery, soft furnishings, and warm lighting is an optimal use of this heritage space.
