Peter Connor Building Consultants were tasked with creating a dual occupancy project on a challenging site. Sitting harmonious within the context of the area, the aim was to create functional private spaces with a sense of individual settings for each dwelling.

Peter Connor Building Consultants created a contemporary classic style dual occupancy property that met the client's needs and showcased their expertise. From the design to the build, the team at Peter Connor Building Consultants were able to create a structure that was both visually stunning and had an award-winning design.

Peter Connor Building Consultants are renowned for their multi-unit dwelling projects and this dual occupancy property in Oatley is no exception. The building is of the highest quality and has been recognized by the Building Designers Association – Sydney, with an Outstanding Achievement award in 2003.
