This two-storey duplex increases residential density in the city fringe suburb of Hamilton to provide increased developer returns, whilst achieving high levels of resident amenity with a unique design outcome. The development is contemporary and deliberately asymmetrical in its presentation to Dumaresq Street, ensuring each dwelling feels unique and individual.
Dumaresq Duplex demonstrates that efficient planning, combined with detailed amenity considerations can deliver high development yield without compromising architectural outcomes.
