Seaside and poolside, this executive coastal home underwent a full internal makeover to meld contemporary finishes with genuine kiwi practicality.
By using DuracoreSilent floating hybrid flooring over the existing tile, the installation was fast and seamless. Smart prep by the build team meant floor installers could hide required expansion gaps under existing materials avoiding unsightly trims.
Waterproof planks mean water from the pool deck is no worries and refined matching square stair noses complete a superior finish throughout including the bathrooms.
