Eden View features 109 luxurious light-filled residences designed in classic British architectural style, with sweeping views across Auckland.

The development comprises two five-storey blocks over a common podium level, with retail spaces and parking. Each of the 107 apartments and two penthouses have been painstakingly designed to the highest standards of sophistication and comfort.

Eden View is GN Construction’s second development with architectural practice PB&A, and our experience with the first project, Crest Apartments, informed this build, as both projects incorporated steel frames and double tee flooring. We work closely with key consultants on every development, and for Eden View this working relationship enabled us to simplify the retaining works, allowing the project to get out of the ground faster.
