Hutchies and Sunland Group worked together to deliver the ultimate Gold Coast residential experience at 272 Hedges Avenue, Mermaid Beach. This was a landmark project for Sunland, the developers behind Q1 and Palazzo Versace, who have not delivered a high-rise on the Gold Coast in over a decade. We were delighted to be the selected building partner for the Group's latest foray into luxury residential living.

We worked extremely closely with Sunland and their architectural team to maximise the buildability of the project, ensuring the most appropriate methodologies and precise project sequencing. Hutchies also created a full-sized prototype of a three-bedroom residence to ensure construction remains faithful to the design quality and intent.

With 44 storeys rising above spectacular Gold Coast beaches, this commanding development includes 98 two, three and four-bedroom apartments, sky homes and penthouses, plus two double-storey sky villas, all with the highest quality fittings and finishes. Exceptional resident facilities include a dedicated concierge service, residents lounge, boardroom, function room, swimming pool, spa, gym, sauna, hammam steam room, and treatment rooms. The tower also features a sweeping canopy at the base of the building, as a tribute to its oceanic setting.
