Esplanade East residence masterfully balances public and private spaces, creating a harmonious environment that transforms its surroundings into a delightful family home.
Surrounded by streets on three sides, Esplanade East residence navigates the juxtaposition of public and private space. The result is the interplay between refuge and aspect, security and openness. Playfully responding to its surrounding context, the much loved family home transforms the awkward into the delightful.
