ABOUT THE PROJECT
Space Design Architecture were approached by the clients to create a flexible family home. The couple were looking to reorganise the way they lived in the terrace with the desire of having greater connection to the outdoors.
Being a small inner city block there was a request for opportunities for additional storage and small design solutions within the confines of its context. SDA’s approach was to maximise the usable area of the house without increasing the existing building footprint. The house reflects that you don’t have to increase floor area to increase the flexibility in your house.
