The owner of this Palmerston North home had an underutilised double garage that she wanted to convert into an income-generating unit. She reached out to Renovation Consultant Wayne Gorden to get the ball rolling.
Involving structural engineers, designers, and contractors, the renovation resulted in a beautiful two-bedroom flat that feels warm and inviting. A monochromatic colour palette is lovely on its own but is neutral so future tenants can make the space their own. The modern flat is a much better use of space and is sure to get a great return on investment.
