Site constraints including flood plain restrictions, tree protection issues, site covenants and a desire to build a profitable suitable development to meet the market demand had to be achieved. This provided the perfect canvas for this 6 x unit development, each with 4 x bedrooms to take its form in these modern luxury townhouses.
