th1nk was engaged by GJ Gardner, Manukau to site manage the construction of new house builds on three stages of their development project. The houses were high end properties, in a desirable Auckland location which ranged in size from 3-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms and priced from $1 to $1.6 million.
th1nk was initially engaged to assist with P52, Lyndhurst Street as this development was running behind schedule and required new site management. th1nk successfully completed this project and was engaged for a further two stages of the development. We were able to achieve this by creating new programs, scheduling and creating daily and weekly reports.
