This project was a collaboration with renowned chefs, Michael and Belinda Van de Elzen, who wanted to create a space where aspiring chefs could learn and perfect their culinary skills.  

The design of the Cookery School seamlessly combines the contrasting elements of polished concrete and raw blockwork to create a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. The exterior features beautiful Rustic Cedar accents, adding warmth and character to the building. The Gable Roof and Structural Steel Trusses provide structural integrity while adding a touch of industrial charm. 

Inside, the Cookery School boasts state-of-the-art equipment and spacious workstations where students can explore their passion for cooking. The open-plan layout allows for easy flow and collaboration, making it the perfect environment for learning. The outdoor area includes an inviting Outdoor Fireplace and Sliding Screens, allowing for versatile spaces to host cooking demonstrations and events. The Crazy Paving adds a touch of whimsy to the outdoor dining area, creating a unique and memorable experience for all.
