Greenlane New Build

Steve and Hollie have been through the process of building and renovating before. With a young growing family, they were looking at creating their ultimate home, for all those future cherished memories. Steve and Hollie’s brief was for a design that was a little more traditional, adopting design features from typical villas and bungalows. This would help compliment the streetscape and add character to the existing neighbourhood. Internally however, they were after a design approach that was elegant and modern. Entering through the front door, you are led through the building by a wide inviting hallway to the rear living areas. The rear open plan wing has a vaulted ceiling maximizing the feel of openness and space. There are large opening sliding doors to the side of the open plan wing, which lead you from the dining area to the covered outdoor entertaining area. The covered outdoor area provides great ambiance for a social entertaining area to enjoy with friends and family. It is the transitional link between the indoor spaces and the luxurious pool area and landscape   Testimonal: "Romé & Buildology have been an outstanding partner for us on three projects we have completed - with the largest being our demolition and new build of a large family home with pool. Our experience with the Buildology team has been outstanding - their commitment to understanding our needs whilst also advising us through the process has been excellent.  If you are looking for a true partner who will be on the building / renovation journey with you then you should talk to Buildology" - Steve and Hollie
