“Mike and the team at MOD Builders, are reliable, hard-working, trustworthy, professional and very easy to deal with. Their quality of work is of a high standard with great attention to detail. They have a well-organized and clean worksite, cleaning up and often vacuuming at the end of every day which was much appreciated. Mike was good at budgeting the size of the work as well as managing the other trades to complete each job, which is efficient and worth the bit extra so you don't have to worry. I would highly recommend MOD Builders for both large and small jobs.”
