Located on the headland overlooking Freshwater and Curl Curl beaches, the Harbord Diggers development boasts panoramic ocean views and is set to become a global benchmark for an intergenerational community hub.

This state-of-the-art development features a luxurious retirement village juxtapositioned beside a childcare centre, a new club hospitality precinct and other premium facilities. Calida was engaged for the pre-construction design development and cost planning services and subsequently completed the fit out of the new club. Calida successfully delivered the project within a fast-tracked construction program of 5 months. Launched in June 2018, the club offers three restaurants, cafes, bars, member services and outdoor areas.

The modern architecture of the club provides a relaxing ambience amidst the warm timber and bronze finishes, sophisticated mosaic tiles, custom joinery and lush greenery. The effective collaboration between Calida, Fender Katsalidis (Architect), Cerno (Project Manager) and numerous other consultants was the key reason that the project was successful and delivered to the highest standard.
