Full renovation and extension to a Heritage residential home - Completed 2022 This home originally consisted of two bedroom and one bathroom. After initial discussion with clients who are a Professional Couple, they expressed their dream home to be a place where they could work from home and entertain and accommodate their many family and friends, the home was designed and built with this in mind. The main bedroom/ensuite and WIR is an extension of the open plan living and kitchen area and is at one end of the house, whilst the remaining two bedrooms, main bathroom and separate lounge is at the other end of the home, giving the clients and their visitors their own space. The custom designed study needed to be welcoming, provide storage and have an outlook to the garden, especially since they spend most of their week working from home.

“I am more than happy to recommend this fantastic company, who undertook a major rebuild/extension of our period home. The project was a huge undertaking, as our home is nearly 100 years old, and was in bad shape. The house required major structural upgrade. The result is superb, we could not be happier with our new home. Undertaking such a renovation was a daunting prospect, given it is our first home and we have no construction knowledge or experience renovating. We were grateful to have Blue Diamond on our side, as they guided us through the process and assisted us with decision-making. Visiting the site regularly, we developed a great trust in Adrian and his team. The site was always clean and tidy, and all the trades were professional and easy to deal with. 5 stars from us!”
