A stunning renovation of a historic Colonial residence in Remuera, completed in 2024, featuring a newly carved basement and revitalized ground and first floors that blend modern elegance with the property's rich heritage.
Boasting character and a rich heritage, this historic residence in Remuera has undergone major renovations to become a truly stunning family home. A larger basement level has been carved into the earth beneath the house, and links up through a central staircase to the floors above. The ground level and first floor have also been given new life with a complete face lift – modern yet harking back to the property’s grand past.
