Sustainable plumbing, heating, and energy system for a 500sq/m+ home in Jacks Point, featuring advanced technologies for energy efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
The Hidden Island project involved creating a sustainable plumbing, heating, and energy system for a stunning 500sq/m+ home in Jacks Point. With no compromise on quality and detail, we worked closely with the home owner and project managers from consultancy to completion. The goal was to design a system that operates efficiently while minimising energy usage.
Our solution included a 30kw Kensa Ground Source Heat Pump, underfloor heating in separate zones with Heatmiser Controls, a Rotex Thermal Store with Dual Elements, a 5kw Solar PV System for power generation, Power Genius for effective solar power distribution, and 2 x Biolytix Wastewater Treatment System. At Optum Plumbing and Energy Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch projects that prioritise sustainability and energy efficiency.
