Beststart Hobsonville Childcare Centre is our latest addition, catering for 110 children in Hobsonville, Auckland. CPMC is thrilled that Beststart Hobsonville Childcare Centre has been named as a finalist in the Education Property Award as well as Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award category of the Property Council New Zealand Awards 2024.
The development site was acquired from Fletcher Living this heritage building represents a significant milestone in our journey, collaborating with the award winning architect, Smith Architects to redefine and revitalize this historic structure.
The newly established Childcare Centre accommodates up to 110 children across various age groups, encompassing approximately 577m2 of indoor space and a spacious outdoor area spanning over 600m2, complimented by 21 dedicated car parks. Through a harmonious blend of preservation and modernization efforts, the Centre seamlessly marries the charm of its heritage roots with contemporary building standards, employing durable materials that respect the environment while honouring its heritage connection to the wider Hobsonville area dating back to the late 1880’s.
As the developers, CPMC take immense pride in the successful outcomes achieved, further bolstered by the enthusiastic endorsement and positive feedback from the wider community.
The Early Childhood Education (ECE) offering in Hobsonville takes pride of place on the Te Uru block situated on Clark Road off Scott Road. This development further reinforces CPMC’s history and development association within the area having previously managed 19 hectares of land development in the wider Hobsonvile Point Precinct.
Beststart Hobsonville Childcare Centre has proudly been received 2 Merit Awards in Education and Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Categories on New Zealand Property Industry Awards Night 2024. This recognition is a testament to our hard work and dedication to deliver high quality projects.
