CPMC have been engaged to provide comprehensive project management services to the client on this 202 lot land subdivision in Hobsonville Point.

This exciting venture involves a significant land subdivision project nestled in the mixed housing suburban area of Hobsonville Point, with approved resource consent.

The site is located along the picturesque coastal stretch of Hobsonville Point, which is rapidly developing area with a diverse array of educational, recreational, and commercial amenities. Our proposed subdivision aims to develop 202 lots across 5.16 hectares of land, with a thoughtful provision for the southern boundary to be vested as esplanade or public reserves.

The earthworks are on progress as of March 2024 and the civil works will commence in May. It's a great pride for CPMC to have been selected by our client as their trusted project management partner, given our expertise and successful track record in this area. With our deep understanding of the locality and a history of delivering successful projects, CPMC is eager to embark on this journey.
