CPMC has been commissioned to provide project management services for the development of 57 residential townhouses and apartments spread across six blocks. The project encompasses infrastructure, civil works, demolition, and site clearance. Construction works are planned to be procured into two distinct packages: civil and vertical house construction.

The site is located within a private, secure, contemporary suburban community in Henderson, boasting excellent retail options, transport links, esteemed schools, and expansive green spaces. Edmonton Mews comprises 57 architecturally designed homes, each featuring two bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2 bathrooms. Every unit offers a balcony or yard with views overlooking the picturesque Tui Glen Reserve and the nearby Waitākere Ranges.

As of May 2024, the project is in the consenting stage, with completion anticipated by late 2025.
