Home Apartments in Richmond: A modern built-to-rent development featuring curated furnishings across four towers, designed to elevate rental living and achieve rapid leasing success.
As the demand for furnished rental properties increased in Melbourne, Home Richmond wanted to offer more than what was expected by tenants. This beautiful built-to-rent apartment building consist of boutique services and world class services that aimed to create an elevated way of rental living. As such we were engaged to ensure various apartments across their 4 towers had curated furnishings and styling that complemented each different style and layout. The resuilt was all furnished apartments leased within 1 month after we had completed our work, not to mentioned satisfied tenants and property managers.
