A thoughtful kitchen remodel harmonizing with original contemporary architecture in a serene bushland setting, designed by Brooke Aitken Design to reflect the clients' passion for design and modernist aesthetics.
The house set is set in a bushland setting and was originally designed by Paul Berkemeier at BTB Architecture Studio many years ago. The clients commissioned Brooke Aitken Design to remodel their kitchen so that it housed well within the original contemporary architecture. The graphic designer client’s love of design is revealed in their use of solid block colours and classic modernist furniture whilst also revelling in the bushland setting that it faces. The kitchen couldn’t scream as a new recruit into this space and had to sit well in its surroundings.
