This home sits at the top of a clearing which slopes gently to the north-east. The siting allows for expansive outdoor areas to the north and captures estuary views to the south. The main living areas and master bedroom are situated across 2 levels to the east, providing day to day living for the owners whilst further guest bedrooms and garaging stretch to the west. The roof is a feature element, rising visibly from the entry, through the interior to the fulcrum point of the house where it’s double height becomes a focal point to the main indoor and outdoor living spaces.
