After successfully completing the design and plans for the neighboring Orchard Estate, Arcline was re-engaged by the developer, this time to oversee the design, planning, and consent process for 47 homes and a pool house at Inlet Estate.

Inlet Estate caters to retirees looking to settle in the picturesque village of Kerikeri. Extensive consideration was given to the needs and preferences of the target market, shaping the homes with various typologies and options for potential buyers.

The development features fee simple titles for individual properties, with shared ownership access covering roads and open spaces. Eight homes were designed as duplexes, with the remaining 39 as standalone units.

The homes are clad in durable yet aesthetically pleasing materials, such as EZpanel with tile roofs, complemented by distinctive claddings, exposed gable trusses, and meticulously landscaped surroundings, ensuring low maintenance costs while enhancing their appeal.
