With windows on two sides only, this bottom flat renovation called for open, bright spaces that enveloped the natural light and generous floura that surrounds it. Every surface was enhanced and a well appointed kitchen and bathroom exemplified the superb use of space. What makes this space truly special is the restoration of the naturally exposed timbers, brought back to life with expert craftsmanship by the Lockhart Construction team.

"Glass balustrades create a sense of openness and spaciousness, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding landscape without visual barriers. Here we've used tempered safety glass is to ensure strength in the Wellington weather and security for the hours of outdoor living that this deck will provide."
