Exterior restoration and refurbishment of a four-bedroom family home, enhancing its original charm while preserving architectural integrity and natural beauty.
Lockhart Construction took on the project of Exterior Restoration and Refurbishment for this stunning four-bedroom family home with picturesque views of Wellington harbour and the Hutt Valley. The aim of the project was to carefully preserve and enhance the original charm of the architecturally designed home, showcasing the expertise of our craftsmen.
With a focus on restoration, Lockhart Construction worked diligently to maintain the authenticity of the build while breathing new life into the exterior. From repairing and repainting to enhancing the landscaping, our team ensured that every detail was carefully considered to bring out the natural beauty of the property.
Ingeniously configured for family living to seamlessly link separate levels for parents and children with cosy communal areas where everyone can gather around the TV or dining table when not basking on one of the many decks.
