A wrap-around hard landscape redesign and extension has transformed this contemporary home set high above the ocean looking back to Napier. A shotcrete in-ground infinity pool and spa sits beside an expansive 70sqm Cabana with a large kitchen, indoor BBQ, and bathroom.

Modinex wall and ceiling linings with negative detail and an invisible pivot door point to the high level of craftsmanship applied to this build, where high-spec fittings and design detail created constant creative problem-solving opportunities.
