A meticulous renovation of a 140sqm Art Deco house, blending original charm with contemporary design, showcasing the synergy of innovative architecture and thoughtful construction solutions.
The complete transformation of a small and very original 140sqm Art Deco house into a stylish, contemporary space required creativity, careful surgery and ongoing problem-solving. This type of renovation challenge demonstrates the successful synergy created by clever design and considered build solutions to regenerate a classic Kiwi home and take it from one century into the next.
