Cockle Bay Deck & Bath

Linda has had a long-standing relationship with our company as she is vital for clients who need a loan for their renovations. She works for Loan Market and advices our clients on the type of loan and budget that they can apply for a renovation. When she wanted to renovate her upstairs en-suite, laundry, balcony and deck she contacted us to carry out her renovation. She needed an upgrade for her en-suite and laundry but most importantly she wanted to revamp her deck. Deck renovations are quite popular during summer as it is when the weather allows for outdoor entertainment. New Deck Kwila (Merbau) wood was manufactured for the entire deck Kwila timber is a highly durable and oily wood which can withstand extreme temperature making it suitable for decks The deck was extended to create an outdoor area that could be enjoyed by the family and used for entertainment.
