Linda has had a long-standing relationship with our company as she is vital for clients who need a loan for their renovations. She works for Loan Market and advices our clients on the type of loan and budget that they can apply for a renovation.

When she wanted to renovate her upstairs en-suite, laundry, balcony and deck she contacted us to carry out her renovation.

She needed an upgrade for her en-suite and laundry but most importantly she wanted to revamp her deck. Deck renovations are quite popular during summer as it is when the weather allows for outdoor entertainment.

New Deck

• Kwila (Merbau) wood was manufactured for the entire deck
• Kwila timber is a highly durable and oily wood which can withstand extreme temperature making it suitable for decks
• The deck was extended to create an outdoor area that could be enjoyed by the family and used for entertainment.

Bathroom  Renovation

• Full demolition of previous fixtures like laundry tub and appliances
• Full insulation of new laundry tub, flooring and tapware
• Full demolition of bathroom
• New fixtures, vanities, shower, toilet and mirror installed in the bathroom
• New flooring installed in bathroom
• Custom built frameless shower glass installed to create an illusion of space
• Full grey tiling installed in shower and the floor of the bathroom
• Heated towel rail installed
• Black waterfall shower installed
