“Cadence & Co provided invaluable guidance from concept to completion of our heritage renovation. The team of architects, designers, builders, trades and staff worked with us to realise our vision of modernising our home whilst remaining sympathetic to its history. Numerous plan iterations were proposed and refined, necessitating significant structural works and resulting in a transformative layout conducive to contemporary family living. Design elements were commissioned and thoughtfully selected, inspired by the building’s unique blend of architectural styles to achieve a cohesive outcome. Specialist trades with the requisite skills were diligently sourced and overseen by Cadence, which enabled period features to be both meticulously restored and significantly enhanced by bespoke joinery, fixtures and fittings. Cadence matched our attention to detail and worked methodically with us through various unanticipated challenges during the build until resolution.
