A modern sun-filled home in Mangawhai, featuring expansive decks, stunning sea views, and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, designed by architect Richie Pearce.
A modern sun filled home, perched on pillars with endless sea views. An expansive deck, front and back, allows the occupant to enjoy the sun at every point of the day. Clad in colorsteel and cedar, accompanied by ranch sliders that open the house up creating flow between all areas. This truely is the one of a kind bach you would want to escape to in Mangawhai.
