After an evaluation of the options from other suppliers, Latitude Lighting was brought into the consultation process to provide a lighting solution that better suited RNZB’s vision. Our collaborative efforts with the architects led to a lighting design that perfectly balanced the functionality and aesthetics of the entire space.

This diverse project included rehearsal studios, change rooms, offices, production facilities, and more, each requiring a blend of practicality and visual appeal.

The diversity of space in this project called for incorporating lighting solutions from our entire range. Ensuring each product was hand-selected to maximise the potential of every room.

In the rehearsal studios, Tecsoled LH70 fixtures, both dimmable and non-dimmable, were selected to provide direct and indirect illumination. Meeting rooms, reception areas, and breakout spaces were equipped with Tecsoled LH50 fixtures.

The office and production areas have Normalit Luzern Avant Casambi and for medical spaces, changing rooms, and bathrooms, the O/M Sky was chosen to meet the specific requirements.

Additionally, andro S Surface, andro Surface adjustable, and andro S Track were strategically placed throughout, ensuring versatile and precise lighting.

The project faced a tight timeline, primarily due to last-minute design changes and the fast-approaching Christmas season. In response, our suppliers prioritised the manufacturing process to avoid delays.

Additionally, Go Logistics played a crucial role in managing freight consignments carefully to prevent damage or delays, ensuring the project stayed on track and met its deadlines.

Post occupation of the office space, the client wanted more control and flexibility over their lighting, particularly for the Luzern Avant 1200x300 panels to be dimmable.

To solve this problem, we collaborated with Hard Wired Electrical and Normalit to implement a Casambi Bluetooth lighting control system. This was set up simply, without any intrusive cabling or building rework.

With this innovative system, RNZB now has the power to control their lighting levels directly from their phones or the convenient wireless Casambi wall switch.

Hardwired Electrical and Latitude Lighting worked together to recycle more than 90% of the packaging material used for this project.

The necessity to protect light fittings during transit generates substantial cardboard, soft plastic, and paper waste. To address this, Latitude Lighting supplied recycling bins to the electricians, who then separated the packaging on-site. Latitude Lighting then collected these bins and partnered with a local recycling facility to maximise the results of recycling the materials.

If you are ready to transform your space into a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment that inspires your team to do their best work, let’s make it happen.
