The Layord Residence stands as a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering dedication, representing yet another pinnacle of excellence in our portfolio of projects. This exceptional dual occupancy design is located in a burgeoning suburb of New South Wales. The lot where Layord Residence sits is marked by significant level variations, both from front to rear and from left to right. These intricate topographical nuances presented a formidable challenge during the design phase, demanding a harmonious blend of compliance and architectural ingenuity.

At the heart of our approach was a succinct directive: to create two distinct residences that shared a singular, integrated façade. This paradoxical mandate led to a design that juxtaposed shapes and forms. However, synchronicity was achieved through a cohesive material selection which complements the landscape.

Voids emerged in the internal floor arrangement as an embodiment of plentiful natural light, vista views and spatial opulence. A conclusion of the design is found at the rear of the property in the form of a luxurious elevated swimming pool which transforms the outdoor expanse into a realm of refined relaxation.
