The Leederville Hotel was a vision created by the clients to revitalise existing hospitality venues mixed with new offerings to serve a broader social demographic. The cluster of venues meanders through the newly landscaped site providing permeable connections to the broader Leederville area. The team, a collection of architects and landscape architects worked closely with the clients to deliver the clients vision.
We were delighted to collaborate on this project with, Space Agency Architects, Benson Studio and Oculus.
