With the help of Andrew Burges Architects, we converted a rundown 1800s cottage into a masterpiece of modern Australian architecture. Ballast Point managed this development from purchase advice and planning approval through to project management, selection of designers, consultants and construction. We worked in close partnership with Structure Engineering, Partridge Partners and many others to create something truly special.
