A multipurpose building currently for commercial office use but designed for easy conversion to residential use in the future. Situated in the harsh coastal environment of Muriwai Beach finishes have been selected to withstand the erosion processes of wind-blown sand and salt. Sustainable design features include natural ventilation and lighting, modular design, durable and low maintenance finishes and constructed from concrete and glazing to capture winter sun and retain warmth.
