A transformative garden project in Avalon, enhancing outdoor spaces with tropical plantings for privacy and relaxation, evolving over 16 years to create a lush, inviting retreat.
Our involvement in this garden started 16 years ago with the previous owner. Back then it was a large block with some nice palm plantings in the upper rear half of the garden but the remainder of the garden was fairly underwhelming and what little plant material there was throughout the majority of the site removed. After creating areas for entertaining and relaxation at both the front and the rear of the house, we then embarked on a complete overhaul of the gardens, with a significant increase to the planted areas, decreasing what is still a significant amount of lawn in favour of large drifts of tropical plantings that have now matured to provide absolute privacy to our clients. The relationship has continued with the current owner and is some years old now and we continue to improve the garden to this day.
