A century-old building transformed with modern amenities, featuring spacious interiors, ensuite bathrooms, a wine cellar, and a seamless extension that honors the original architecture.
This hundred-year-old building was larger than most, but still retained the era’s characteristic rabbit warren of small rooms and corridors. The 505 Construction team worked with the features of the original home, while modernising the interiors with large, spacious rooms, wider halls, ensuite bathrooms, a wine cellar, garage, terrace, and pool. An extension in the rear of the house required in-depth knowledge of building techniques and materials to ensure that the modern addition complemented the spirit of the original home.
