Beattie Air Conditioning has once again proven its industry expertise with the successful completion of the HVAC project for the Marlborough Library & Art Gallery. Secured through a competitive tender process, this project was executed for Robinson Construction Limited, spanning a sizable 1540 square meters in the heart of Marlborough.
The project, which ran from 2021 to 2023, showcased Beattie Air Conditioning's cutting-edge approach to environmental control. Utilizing advanced technologies such as Air Handling Units (AHU), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), Hybrid Variable Refrigerant Flow (HVRF), humidifiers, and a sophisticated Building Management System (BMS), the team delivered an exceptional solution tailored to the unique needs of the art gallery.
One of the standout achievements of this project was the precise control of temperature and humidity within the art gallery. This level of environmental control is crucial for preserving the delicate artworks on display. Moreover, Beattie Air Conditioning integrated remote monitoring capabilities, ensuring that the conditions could be meticulously maintained and adjusted as needed from a distance, providing both reliability and peace of mind.
