The brief for this project was to provide a real-estate office that had an emphasis on technology and user experience.  How this was achieved was by using a few tools that created a fresh end result. Large TV screens were mounted in the shop window to move away from the typical printed real-estate viewing platform. Secondly private areas using coastal styling to replicate the lifestyle of Pt Chevalier provided secluded areas where agents could talk to clients and sign legal documents in a relaxed environment.

The fit out required a cosmetic upgrade of paint, polished concrete, new carpet, reception counter refurb, upgraded lighting, new office furniture for the agents and a collaboration zone back of house for the agents to have informal morning meetings. This fit out was a quick 5 week turnaround.
