This two-bedroom unit is within Harry Seidler’s first prestressed concrete & when built the highest concrete structure in Sydney. There was not a level or plumb surface to work with. We totally striped out all the internal finishes, bathroom & kitchen. We then battened the ceiling to allow for down lights & to be able to hide audio, power and lighting cabling. We installed, a new polyurethane finished kitchen with Cesar stone benchtops & a breakfast bar, a new bathroom, polished timber flooring and state of the arts audio system. Although small with the use of some mirrors to reflect the breathtaking harbour, bridge, & opera house views the apartment is stunning.
