Medley street was an old Victorian Terrace that involved demolition of the rear extension that wasn’t original to the house. From here we result a grand modern extension that allowed in space and light via feature rear glazed façade and a second floor addition. The front was restored to appreciate the Victorian design whilst meeting the modern style living we have today.The challange

The level of intricate details associated with the project was not to be underestimated. From afar these details don’t look like much, however each 1% has incredible value to the overall outcome of the project. For example, the first floor bathroom: sure it looks AMAZING and has all the classic features of a bathroom. However! Turnaround time 9 MonthsWhat was special

The rear glazed façade was the highlight of the build. The amount of coordination, detail and effort by Standout and our accompanying trades to pull together large glazed doors and second level glazed windows above was a key feature of the project.The Result
