Complete renovation of a 1970s two-bedroom home in Mellons Bay, featuring an open plan kitchen and lounge that seamlessly connects to a sun-soaked deck, designed for entertaining while maximizing stunning sea views.
This 1970’s original two bedroom home situated in Mellons Bay had a complete renovation in order to maximise its true potential. The owners wanted to create an open plan kitchen & lounge which stepped out onto a generous deck area to entertain. The sun soaked elevated deck meant they could take advantage of the sea views.
