“Recently, Laura and I engaged Olbroc Projects to complete a renovation at our property in Holland Park. The renovation involved building under and out from our home and was to provide us with another bathroom, lounge/rumpus and 2 extra bedrooms. We were somewhat nervous as this was our first foray into a significant renovation and we did not have any contacts in, or knowledge of, the building industry. Any anxious thoughts were immediately dispelled after Oliver’s initial visit. Not only was Oliver personable yet professional, down to earth and easy to connect with, he instantly saw an opportunity for us re-think our plan in order to arrive at a more functional and aesthetically pleasing end result. This genuine care to provide us with the best possible outcome continued throughout the entire build. Brock and team didn’t just come in, build to the plan and leave. They regularly communicated with us throughout the process other potential ways of doing something and always with the view to have a better outcome and without any pressure, the final decision was always up to us. When you try and join a new build to a 60 year old property, issues are bound to come up but not at any stage did this seem to be a problem for Brock and, given his experience and expertise, any and every scenario was always presented to us with a solution already thought through. No problem was too big and no request from Laura and I was too much of a hassle, the entire team including all sub-contractors were simply amazing! Our end result is better than we could have ever imagined and it simply would not have been possible if it wasn’t for us choosing Oliver and Brock to do our renovation.
