This project involved a full reclad and remediation of a badly leaking home. We completely transformed this home from dog's breakfast into a modernised weathertight home. A project like this presents challenges to builders and architects alike, but by collaborating with Council, designers and weather tight specialists, we were able to find practical solutions to remedy the original shortcomings of the building. The home is located in the highly desirable suburb of Mission Bay, Auckland, so the owners were intent on restoring their home to capitalise on the sought after location.
