“We purchased a ten year old MDS designed house in 2016 and, although we were not involved in its design or planning, we are delighted with the house and its design. The setting is beautiful, the house solidly built and the design perfect. Apart from a guest’s bedroom, the house is on one level with French doors to most rooms and this creates an open and airy feeling. The rooms are spacious and flow from one to another and most guests refer to the house as a resort as it gives that relaxed impression. We engaged Mark to advise on some minor alterations and his advice was invaluable. He seems able to combine the skills of creating a solid and beautiful looking house with those that understand how a house should work.”
