Contemporary coastal luxury home featuring sun-drenched interiors, an entertainer's layout with a plunge pool, and expansive decks overlooking lush gardens, completed in 2016 for the Browning Family.
Narrabeen Beach House was completed in 2016 for the Browning Family who desired a contemporary coastal luxury style home. Situated with a long north facing facade, the sun-drenched interiors welcome in the ocean breezes through louvred windows. The property boasts an entertainers dream layout with a centrally located plunge pool with a backdrop including a striking stone feature wall and large covered terrace perfect for hosting gatherings.
The design includes sun soaked living spaces, opening to large decks that overlook the gardens, providing a space to enjoy the outdoors. With a modern stylish look, this beach house truly embodies coastal living at its finest. The Site Specific Designs team created a space that not only meets the client's desires but also exceeds expectations in terms of style and functionality.
